- Description
- The intention of this chapter is to demonstrate that policies are documents which teachers can pick up, read, interpret and apply in a very proactive and constructive process of contributing to the improvement of education. Though it does not always seem obvious, educational policy has immediate and far-reaching implications for teachers' careers and those who do not keep in touch with contemporary reforms might well jeopardize their prospects for promotion.
